What's this toy.

Can anyone indentify this toy (or toy parts)? I found it in a box of matchbox style cars that I bought at a yardsale.

For those not following the link, it's three red plastic toys, one looks like a miner with the base to a wheel barrow, a jug, and a '30s car (scaled much smaller).

I thought the wheel barrow looked more like a plough. I can't be more help than that, though.

The string, Jug and plowman look like one of those toys where you hang the weight (jug) over the edge of a table and the plowman "waddles" on hinged legs toward the edge. I had one as a kid that was a camel. No idea how (or if) the car would factor into the toy.
