House cleaners in Albuquerque?

I'm interested in hiring a house cleaner for my Albuquerque home. I'd like bi-weekly or monthly cleanings of the public spaces and both bathrooms (around 2,00 sq. ft.), as well as those "major cleaning" things, such as windows, on a schedule. I'd like them to use effective cleaners that are also somewhat green-ish (clean trumps green). Because I do animal rescue, I do have cats/dogs in the house (most foster dogs are crated when I'm not home). Any recommendations?

I contracted a cleaning service in late December to help out around the house on a bi-weekly schedule. I had no idea where to start, so I googled around until I found Thumbtack.com It was the first time I had used this site, and I was a bit hesitant to sign up for another "compare these quotes" site only to be blasted to smithereens with Spam, but I haven't received any further notices from them (that made it through my no-frills Spam filter anyway).

The cleaner I found uses green-cleaners upon request, and does much of what you ask for (no windows though)... but since I'm in FL my specific review of the person I found will do you little good.

Still, if you don't know where to start, this site might be worth checking out to see if there's any cleaning services in your ZIP who can do what you're looking for at an agreed upon price*.

*(Because the cleaner I use isn't a company per se, I was able to more easily negotiate a flat-rate for rooms, versus 25-35/ hr. The first visit was hourly, to get a feel for the size and amount of cleaning, and barring extreme messes, we went to flat-rate from there).
