Can you recommend a family law attorney with CPS experience in or around Austin, Texas?
Mrs. notbuddha and I are currently fostering a wonderful 22 month old child who has been with us for eight months. If he is unable to return to his mother, we would love for him to be a permanent part of our family. To this end, we are looking for a family attorney in the Austin, Texas area to file an intervention in the ongoing CPS suit involving the child.
If anyone out there has had experience becoming parties in such a suit and has an attorney recommendation, please let us know.
