What is the music that this Brazilian brass band is playing?

Does anybody recognise and know the name of this piece of music?
I was in an apartment in Sao Paulo and a brass band was rehearsing below, next to the train line. They were learning one song and I haven't been able to identify what the song is.
I have recorded about 1.30mins of it. There is a lot of background noise but the music can still be discerned. I have uploaded it here:
