Does anyone know from what movie is this youtube clip?

I've tried searching, but since I don't speak the language (Spanish? Italian?), I'm left guessing key words, like "bad boy" "love story" and "motorcycle," which unsurprisingly isn't yielding the right results.

So if you recognize the movie, let me know! And if you know one of the actors, I can use that to search imdb. Or if you speak that language and can give me anything to go on search-wise, that would be great, too!
