Recommend happy songs for me!

The last song on Fiona Apple's new CD is called "Waltz (Better than Fine)". It makes me extremely happy. Please recommend other songs that will do the same.
Any genre, any era is fine of course, but I'd specifically love jazzy, waltzy, piano-y stuff, like this song.

The Girl I Can't Forget - Fountains of Wayne (link is for Windows Media Player)
Not jazzy or waltzy - definitely power-pop - but clever and very upbeat.

"Short Tales of the Black Forest" : John McLaughlin, Al DiMeola, Paco DeLucia, in "Friday Night in San Francisco".
All acoustic guitars, three great players, and this particular song is one of the very few which makes me smile at certain key points.
Great album too.

"Crumb by Crumb," Rufus Wainwright. I love most of his jazzy waltzy piano stuff, but this is the song that makes me incredibly, randomly happy.

These are all guarenteed smiles for me:
Birdhouse in Your Soul - They Might Be Giants
The Littlest Birds - The Be Good Tanyas
Sleepy Maggie - Ashley MacIsaac (he is the one playing the fiddle, not singing)
And lots of Great Big Sea songs, mostly their covers of traditionals. You could start with "The Night that Patty Murphy Died" (Really!)

It’s extremely silly, but David Bowie’s The Laughing Gnome has been making me smile these past few days. Daydream by the Lovin’ Spoonful has an irresistable cheeriness about it, too.

Built To Spill- Sidewalk. Not jazzy or piano-y but makes me feel like getting out and seeing the world. "Can you wait for the sidewalk? Can it wait for you?"

I heartily second The Luckiest Guy On The Lower East Side by The Magnetic Fields. Singing along loudly is required, of course.

some crazy fucker carved a sculpture out of butterposted by holloway at 1:48 PM on October 13, 2005
and propped it up in the middle of the bonanza breakfast bar
and i am stuffing toast and sausage into my pockets
under a sign that says "grand opening"
while my dog is waiting in the car
so now it's early in the morning
at the longitude of memphis
and the sun is setting sweetly on hong kong
and the big plan is just to keep spinning
cuz the Big Bang is only just beginning
and sometimes it's all that we can do just to hang on
A.M. 180 - Grandaddy
You might also enjoy Jamie Cullum's Twentysomething album, particularly the title track and "I get a kick out of you." Generally a slower album, but those are the fast/happy/piano songs off it.

Seconding the A.M. 180, by the way! It slipped my mind. I love how they use the song in the film "28 Days Later"--the world is going to hell and they're having a blast grocery shopping.
