We're gonna need a montage!

I was joking with someone about needing a montage for getting in shape; now I'm stuck on the idea and want to build a playlist.
I think I'm looking for up-tempo rock-ish music. Not necessarily actually used in an action movie montage, but the sort of thing that ought to be.
Going to look through this (warning: TV Tropes) for ideas, but would love to get MORE ideas.
What would you include? (Pandora seed ideas also welcome.)

Best answer: I've only listened to "Your Own 80's Training Montage" but these two playlists may give you some ideas.

Best answer: Goldfrapp Ooh La La works delightfully well, without the '80s cheese.

Best answer: Here you go: https://soundcloud.com/maddecent/sets/blood-bros-series. I think these cover everything.

Best answer: Definitely worth revisiting this askme from way back in 2005 (specifically about cheesy songs).

Response by poster: OMG that Blood Bros track includes the Team American montage song. SO HAPPY.
(These are all great.)

Rocky IV being a documentary where we find out how Rocky single-handedly won the Cold War, may I suggest No Easy Way Out and Hearts on Fire? Hearts on Fire especially works if you're on, say, a stair climber or something and wind up bellowing "DRAGOOOOOO! DRAGOOOOOO!" at the end. Not that I've done that or anything.

I think you need some Loverboy (not that one about splicing pig and elephant DNA).

I think as long as it includes Eye of the Tiger and You're the Best, you'll be off to a good start.

Best answer: How about a little Bollywood? The training montage from Lagaan: Chale Chalo.

Well, there's obviously Gonna Fly Now, from Rocky, which I dare venture is the quintessential training montage music... but if that's too obvious maybe you'd enjoy this cover. (I know I did.)
