Missing Link: Overdrive Edition

Can you help me find a lost link to an awesome guitar-nerdy overdrive review site?
I remember seeing a site where a guitar-nerd guy meticulously compared distortion and/or overdrive pedals - sound samples included. I had thought I originally saw it on the Blue, but can't seem to dig it up. Google searches like 'overdrive reviews' bring up a ton of commercial garbage. Thoughts anyone?

Your description is a bit vague for the amount of that kind of thing on YouTube. I'd search YouTube for "guitar pedal comparison" or search the name of the specific pedal you're interested in.

agree. i think the defining element was that the guy was an engineer and actually used his home-built in the comparison.
