I need some (CVS) commitment

CVS panic. I just committed a loginfo file with a typo in it. Now any commit aborts at the logging stage, so I can't commit the fixed loginfo file. How the heck can I get it to commit? Is there a "force commit" or "ignore logging" flag? The CVS documentation and wiki has been of little help.

Best answer: edit the file directly in CVSROOT (on the CVS server)
