African Trickster story

Years ago a friend had a great collection of Anansi stories and distinctly remember one bizarre story that we told and re-told. I have failed to find the specific story or the collection/website it was from.
The story involves Anansi, foreskin, an outhouse and a baby. I think the story concerns the reason men are circumcised. I'm totally unclear on the details. I have looked at a few collections online and came up with nothing. I am SURE this story is real but my recollection is most likely flawed.
