Small, hideable, motion activated HD camera with built in DVR?

Car was broken into last night, and again I wondered why I can't seem to find a small HD camera and DVR combo that can be hidden in my car.

I've looked for these online, but I can't find this combination of features:
* HD quality
* IR night mode
* Motion detection activated
* Can standby on a charge for a week
* SD card memory
* Overwrites oldest video if needed
* Compact, self-contained design

I basically need something high quality and hidden that I can place in my car and forget about, until something bad happens. Thinking about the parts and features, it seems like it should totally exist.

Look into motion-activated IR hunting cameras for deer.

I have one of those wildlife cameras. It has a flash that is visible (red) to the human eye when it detects motion. It also makes a sort of click/clunk sound as it takes a picture. This does not frighten our visiting wildlife, but a human would certainly take note. They are probably not all as big as mine is, either - mine is pretty large but with ingenuity you could hide it in a car. Do test such a thing in the dark beforehand to make sure it won't give itself away.

I can't help with those specific qualities, but having also been down this train of thought before - how close to your house do you park? In Wi-Fi range? Potentially a wi-fi-enabled camera in the car and DVR functionality on a computer in the house could be an option, which might be easier to find.
