Where to buy a parasol in Portland?

I am going as a Victorian character for Halloween and need a black lace parasol by tomorrow night. I'm looking for something in this style. As usual, I've left it too late to order online. Halloween pop up shops don't have this. Any idea where else can I find this type of parasol in the Portland, OR area? I've already been to Cargo and Uwajimaya without success. Thanks!

Don't know a store that can help, but if all else fails: take a smallish black umbrella and use a hot-glue gun to attach lacey trim or bobbles all around the edge.

How about a wedding shop?

I'd try a party store where you'll find wedding/baby shower parasols. You'll just have to spray it black.

There's still time for one-day Amazon Prime shipping, for the record. It will cost you an extra $4 or whatever, and you only have about an hour and a half left before the cutoff, but you should get it tomorrow.

I wonder if Metro on Hawthorne would have one? Might be worth a call.

I would call Hollywood Vintage on Sandy.

If you're OK with paper instead of lace, you can try Chinatown.

I don't know enough about knitting, but this is probably too complicated to put together on such short notice?

Perhaps you could buy lace fabric (curtains!) and glue it together onto a stripped black umbrella frame? Wedding shops sometimes sell white lace parasols; how about dyeing one? You might also try the wonderful Sock Dreams store to see--they have all kinds of awesome accessories--but I don't believe it's a regularly-carried item.

I would call wedding shops, first.

If you have time to get to Everett or Seattle, WA, you could call Costume & Display and ask if they have them (they used to stock them as a matter of course).

Designs by Victoria doesn't have a pure black lace parasol right now, but she's contactable through her Artfire shop and is pretty close (in Tukwila, WA). She's definitely worth asking.
