I need the perfect headphones.

I have some Sennheisers. They're nice, but not enough. I want wireless around-ear headphones with active noise cancellation. They should be extremely comfortable. The pair of headphones should have a long battery life, good sound, and an easy-to-use charger station that I can just set the headphones down on at the end of the day. It should be portable in my messenger bag. If it cannot both be good and portable, then it doesn't need to be portable. I have a Mac, which it needs to work with, and a Ubuntu desktop (with Bluetooth) I would like it to work with. I would like to spend anywhere from $100-$500 on this. I'm willing to wait a few months if something new and awesome is coming out, but probably not longer than that.

Maybe the Parrot Zik? I haven't used them myself, but they're one of the few headphones I've heard of that fit most of those criteria but to my knowledge have just a charger, not a charging stand.
