How to make Gummi Worms

I'd like to make sour Gummi Worms at home. Would anyone have a recipe and directions?
I once was given a gummi worm 'kit' and attempted to make them, but they didn't turn out very good, both in texture and in taste. I don't know where to find the kit now, but my guess is something like a children's museum.
Another way to make molds is by using corn starch. Then you just pour the gummi in to the mold, let it set and then pull it right out. the cornstarch brushes off. You can make any shape you want!

(note..it's citric acid that makes the sourness...you can usually find it at your grocer as "sour salt")
