Congressional Press Release data online?

Where can I find historical data on US congressional press releases?

More specifically I'm looking for press releases by members of congress and congressional committees during the last government shutdown in 1995/1996. I tried searching archives.gov but kept getting press releases issued by the national archives as my results. Unfortunately I can't call up the national archives directly and ask for help right now because of the current shutdown.

The Congressional Management Foundation might be helpful.

Or try the Internet Archive for those years.
