Who is imagining this supergroup?

In Coldcut's 2006 Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1 there is a vocal sample here. The voice says "Imagine the best supergroup the world has ever known" and names the members and then is interrupted by someone yelling that Coldcut is in the mix. Any idea on the source of the vocal sample about the supergroup? I have failed many times in my search.

Thanks for the link BTW. I just downloaded the whole mix from Soundcloud. I love Coldcut, and it's been far too long since I indulged.
