Where to buy six colored six sided dice?

I would like to purchase six sided dice with the following characteristics: 1. Each side is a different color - not the pips/numbers, the full side of the die. 2. Each side is marked one through six (with pips or numbers) like a normal die. 3. The color of the pips/numbers is unimportant (they all could be white, black, etc.). Anyone know a source where I could order such dice? Thanks!

Could you make your own with paint pens?

Would it work if the faces were all the same color but each face's number was colored distinctly? If so you could use a standard d6 and paint in the recessed pips or numbers with colors of your choosing.

(or order these white dice with pre-colored pips)

Don't know if they can fulfill your exact need, but Chessex and Crystal Caste are two of the more major die (dice?) manufacturers.

E-mail the owner of this site, or browse through all of his dice pics and see if you can find what you are looking for.

Argh, I don't know how I managed to screw up reading such a short explanation; you explicitly said that colored pips won't do. As penance allow me to present these dice that have a different color covering most of each face, but which do not feature the numbers or pips you wanted. The colored areas are recessed so you could add your own numbers with stickers or paint and they wouldn't wear off too quickly.

Here's a kid's toy that allows you to build a 6-colored 6-sided rollable die-like object.
Or the older kid version: lego dice.

I'm guessing foam dice that are 6.5" cubes won't work for you.

Best answer: I bought a small number of custom dice from www.gamestation.net and was very happy with the results (though they were fairly expensive.) I'm fairly sure they can do what you want.

Usually dice are molded from a single piece of plastic, so the faces will be the same color where they are not painted.

The closest I am aware of are these dice which are concave on each face; it's intended to place a square sticker on each face. Using their game crafting system you can prepare sheets of stickers (120 stickers or 20 dice per sheet); I am not sure what the price for one sheet of stickers is. You could also inkjet print your own stickers and cut them to size.
