Old Short Film?

My memory suggests there was a very short film in the early days of HBO that had a father and son sharing a family ritual around drinking out of a chalice in an unexpected way. Can anyone point me to this? My -fu failing.

If it's the punchline I'm thinking of, my Dad reported seeing it in the context of some sort of (GE?) corporate training in the late '70s, or perhaps early '80s, pre-dating HBO.

Best answer: I think this was "The Chalice" and was shown as part of the "HBO Short Take" films they used to show between movies.

I've only been able to find video of the end part, though.
