Guided Meditation with Horses for a horse lover with panic attacks

Greetings! I have been enjoying listening to guided meditations and visualizations lately. I really love riding horses and miss being in the barn. Therefore, I am looking for a guided mediation that has horse sound effects and / or includes being with horses, riding, or in a stable. Thanks!!! I would love it if mediattainment had one- but no luck.

Hey, that's a great idea! I don't have a suggestion of where you could find that pre-made, but if you have meditations you like, this is probably something you could hack together for free using Garageband on a Mac, or Audacity (Mac / Windows).

You might check out these audio visualizations? No personal experience, but the web site's about section says: " As a hypnotherapist, Melisa has a creative imagination for her equine journey's. Her tranquil voice helps relax the listener as they join up with a horse for each unique journey. These CD's are not only fun and effective, but also subliminal to work while you sleep!"

Also this one, a "Journey on the back of a gentle old horse, through The Healing Forest. After a complete body relaxation, receive the healing energies of the forest, Heaven and Earth. Then receive a special message, before continuing on your ride."

I successfully found some others using the googles to search for: guided visualization horse

Response by poster: This is the best I have found so far. http://www.phatmare.com/free-horse-meditations/. but it is about BEING a horse not WITH HORSES. Oh well ;(

Have you used the word "equine" in your searches? I've recently read some places use equine therapy as a treatment modality, so it might be helpful to include that? Just an idea.
