How can I change the name on my Comic-Con guest's badge?

I have a "Professional" registration for San Diego Comic Con. They give you a guest badge with that and you have to specify the other person's name, which I did back in January. My original guest decided not to go, and I want to change it to another friend. The email I got with my reg ID said "there is no onsite professional registration and no guests will be added when you arrive. If guest corrections are needed, log in to the EPIC online registration system with your Comic-Con Member ID and last name and make any necessary corrections." (Emphasis in original.) Ok, great. But how do I actually do that?

Attempting to follow the instructions, I logged in here, but there's no option I can find to change the name on my guest's badge.

Perhaps there's some other, separate login for "the EPIC online registration system?"

I know this is a pretty obscure question, but by any chance does someone know how to do this?

I wouldn't be surprised if it's too late. but if it helps, I've gone for 3 or 4 years as a pro with guest, and have always been able to pick up my guests' badges without them being present; I've also had people use the badges other than those named. never once have they checked.

I wouldn't worry too much about whose name is on the badge.

You can always tape over it with the correct name (just bring your label maker).

I went to a conference and they used my icon instead of my picture. So throughout the conference, people were saying, "Hey Scream! How's it goin'?"

It's fine.

Chiming in that it's too late but that I have never had any trouble just giving the guest badge to someone else. They make noises about checking IDs against badges every once in a while but I've never actually encountered them doing it.

And yeah, you don't need to have that guest present to pick up the badge, all badges will be given to YOU on presentation of your ID.
