What is this mystery thing?

In the top left of the main photo on this website there is a large balloon/bag-like thing that seems to be hanging from the ceiling. Any ideas what it could be?
Me neither. Do you have an alternate link, soymilk?

I think this is the image soymilk is talking about, but I have no idea what that thing is.

Best answer: Shipping and packing peanut dispenser. So, it's filled with Styrofoam (or similar) peanuts for easy filling into boxes etc for packing.

It's a packing peanut dispenser. You put a box under the white nozzle and squeeze the (not visible) handle and packing peanuts pour into your box.

I have a friend that owns a PostNet franchise. He has one of those; it's definitely a packing peanut dispenser.
