If you read Hebrew, come on in!

I bought this t-shirt at a thrift store because I liked the design, but obviously am not going to wear it without knowing what it says. I think it is Hebrew. If you can read it, can you tell me what it means?

Best answer: It's definitely Hebrew, and Google Translate says it's "Tulane".

Best answer: I can confirm its says Tulane. Shirts with the names of colleges transliterated into Hebrew are all the rage with Jewish college students.

Best answer: Yes, טוליין is T-[O/U/V]-L-Y-Y-N. Where I worked until recently, we had a bunch of kids wearing shirts that said מרילנד.
