Help me find the titles of two horror movies I saw when I was a kid.

Movie #1 I saw on Sammy Terry's "Nightmare Theater" on WTTV-4 in the mid to late 70s. It was set in a girls reform school (England maybe ?) and the only male at the remote mansion was the Headmistress's teenage son. He would spy on the girls and told his Mom that he liked some of them. His Mom would always tell him that they were not good enough for him and he needed to find a girl like her. Girls started disappearing, at the end he had made his own perfect girl using different girl's body parts so she would be just like his Mom. Very creepy movie. Movie #2 I may have seen on TV in Michigan in the early 70's. The movie started with some guys towing a guy on a square board with wheels behind a pickup truck, the driver took a sharp turn and the guy got shredded by a barb wire fence. Later there was a girl (deformed maybe?) chained up in the attic of a two story house. I have searched Google and INDB using keywords and I would appreciate any help. Thanks Hive Mind!

Best answer: First one sounds like La residencia.

Best answer: AKA The House That Screamed. Judging from the IMDb plot summary, it sounds like the version you saw on TV was cut by more than 20 minutes! (Also, it sounds awesome.)

Best answer: Pretty sure the second one is The Shuttered Room.

Holy crap! I think "The Shuttered Room" may be a movie I remember seeing as a kid in the early 70's. The character pics on that page look familiar and I remember some of the beach scenes with Oliver Reed being a dick.
