How long should it take to process a US fiancé visa after the interview?

A dear friend of mine is getting married to an American, and she has applied for a fiancé visa. She has completed most of the steps required, and has received her immigration interview date - nine days before the date in which she had hoped to get married. Her interview is at the Brussels embassy, and we have no reason to believed that she will be rejected. For anyone who's had experience getting a fiancé visa, what was it like, and does it seem likely from your experience that she will receive the actual visa within nine days, or is it likely that she will need to reschedule?

I don't know, but the people at Visa Journey will.

My ex's visa was processed within days (2-3?) of the interview. This was in 2008 though. And yes, Visa Journey is awesome and very helpful.
