Let them Eat Cake

You've got a City Market near you, and you've ordered (or eaten) their cake. How was the customer service, and, more importantly, the cake?

As far as I know, they're Kroger, but the City Market-branded stores are smaller and located in smaller towns. Cake that I have had from Kroger/King Soopers has been fine, nothing amazing (it's not Publix, after all). Same with customer service -- I've had nothing to complain about.

Do you mean the City Markets that are found in western Colorado/Utah/northern New Mexico? (I ask because I've seen non-related grocery stores named City Market in completely different parts of the country.) If so, I've had cake from there -- it was decent (but not amazing) grocery store cake. The service depended on the store -- I had great service once at the bakery at the flagship store in Grand Junction, crap service at another one halfway across town.
