Everything is regulated, thank god

My Google-fu sucks. Help me find a specific argument for government regulation of society that I came across in the past.

I came across it several years ago, likely in an Internet forum like FARK. I got the sense it was copied and pasted from somewhere else. It was a great takedown of anti-regulation folks, and basically listed all of the existing government regulations that benefit society every day, with a focus on how hypocritical anti-regulation folks can be. From memory, the tone was something like this:

"You drove here on government regulated roads, in a car with government regulated safety standards. Your kids eat food free from poison thanks to government regulated food safety, and attend schools with a base curriculum developed through regulation." Etc., etc.

That's not worded well, but is the best I can do from memory.

It had the feel of a meme that has made the rounds, and went on at length, covering all sorts of aspects of basic government regulation that everyone enjoys. It would be nice to know the original source of this piece.

Obviously, I am not looking for arguments here about regulation, but rather a specific thing I came across. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

That sounds to me like Elizabeth Warren's viral video. I'm sure she has written op-eds saying it in a more refined way, but I think she made this line of push back famous.
