looking for recommendations of point and click games

I've always hated playing point-and-click games because of the lack of logic to the puzzles, but I recently loved playing Yesterday on my tablet. The story pulled me in and the puzzles (mostly) made sense. Now I need more... Can anyone recommend something similar, either on android or windows?
Something much less recent: The Last Express is one of my favorite games. Beautifully staged, heavy emphasis on plot and character interaction, few puzzles for a point-and-click adventure. Unless I missed the announcement, it's still awaiting an Android release—only iOS for tablet gamers. But for Windows, you can buy it cheap from GOG.com and similar places.

Are you familiar with so-called "room escape" games? They're a largely Japanese genre of point-and-click games that discard narrative entirely, in favor of logical puzzle-solving. The complete premise: you're trapped in a room; get out! Naturally, that means exploring, collecting objects, figuring out weird mechanisms, deciphering codes, and the like.
They're pretty brief, casual affairs, and there are a lot of crappy ones out there, but well-made ones are a lot of fun. Neutral's escape games are some of the best.

Steam has the Monkey Island games. Hilarity! Full Throttle and Grim Fandango are also well deserved classics. Sam & Max are, well, incredible.
Does Telltales Walking Dead count? ...yes. yes it does. Play this.

Drawn: The Painted Tower. Lovely artwork and sound design, too.

Android should soon be getting the HD ports of the first three Phoenix Wright games, where you play a defense attorney in a screwy justice system that is a parody of Japan's. The iOS version is out, and apparently the Android store has it in Japan, so presumably Capcom should have the droid version out soon.

I love room escape games, and I second this vote for Neutral. I'll also add that TESSHI-e makes some of the best games in the genre. (Don't let the Japanese scare you, when you click on a game, the first screen before you start will give you the option to switch language from Japanese to English in the game. And even if you forget, comprehension of the text is never needed to solve the puzzles.)

I got it free as the Amazon Free App of the Day, but I would willingly pay a couple of bucks for it. It isn't long, but it was enjoyable.
