Restaurant recommendations for Sioux Falls, South Dakota?

My wife and I will be in Sioux Falls next week and would like to find a non-chain restaurant.
We have the opportunity to shed our two toddlers for a precious "date night." We both love good food, so we're looking for something other than a TGI-McScratchy's experience. "Ethnic" of all sorts is fine, as is modern American bistro, locavore...basically (at the risk of sounding pretentious) foodie food that's cooked with care and intention. You get the idea hopefully. So if you have a Sioux Falls gem you love, please share? Thanks.

Every time I go to Sioux Falls I get chinese food at Szechwan's. It's my favorite chinese food place ever.

First thing that came to my mind was Grille 26.
Unfortunately, I mostly eat at chains and sports bars. I'll have to ask my sister-in-law.

It's an hour and a half drive, but the historic Argo Hotel has a decent menu.
I've heard good things about Parker's too.
