Picture information requestion - Camel with Girl

Does anyone happen to know the origin of or story behind this picture, of a camel and a (supposedly) Mongolian girl. This yahoo answer leads to a dead link.

Best answer: Here's a repaired Yahoo Answers link (the one you had somehow got encoded weirdly). The answerer there posts another dead link, but a comment below it (hidden, you have to click the "comment" button to see it) points to this Peace Corps tumblr reblog, which provides a purported source for the picture: bayanjargal writes:
I’m reblogging this picture from my Peace Corps Mongolia days with a tag since I’ve been seeing it around the web and around tumblr with no source. Enjoy and reblog away! The original source is my Mongolian friend Gangaa. The picture was originally taken in Khentii Aimag.

I'm not sure about that source. I'm pretty sure I saw it in a National Geographic a few years back. Tineye turned a few links through a Chinese news agency, but I couldn't follow them.
