Where can I get a high-res file of this public domain image?

This photo is in the public domain, as it was taken in 1914 by Eugene de Salignac (an American, so no chance of restoration). But the only places I can find it want to charge over $100 (or a thousand!) for a relatively small print. Where I can obtain a high-res version of it for free or for a small fee?
Best answer: The NYC Municipal Archives Photo Unit says "Patrons can choose to order high-resolution digital files in place of traditional prints or transparencies." It's probably worth contacting them to see what that would cost.
The photo is reproduced in the book New York Rises, so alternately you could borrow a copy of that from a library and scan it.

The image dukes909 found is 1787x1270 pixels, or about 9" x 6" at 200dpi. That's pretty good. The biggest a TinEye search found is 1247x1042.
