Best restaurant **inside** McCarran International / Las Vegas airport?

For a boring list of logistical reasons, I'll be inside the Las Vegas airport today at dinner time, waiting for a late departing flight. I'll be hungry.

Airport food is generally pretty vile. Can anyone tell me what doesn't actually suck? I'll take recommendations for any kind or style of food. I'm on an expense account, so my budget is pretty generous. Thanks! :)

I was pretty happy with a salad from Chilis Too. They don't seem to have their menu online but they always have a few salads, both at the sit down restaurant and to go.

It depends on what gate area you'll be at. There are 5 different terminal buildings.

Here's a Map.

I've been to the Johnny Rocket's there. It's as advertised, pretty decent if greasy.

I like Baja Fresh (there's an Express) it's okay for mass market Mexican, it's supposed to be healthier than generic Mexican.

Einsteins is okay, you can get a sandwich on a bagel and it will be good. Also Moe's for a Burrito or Pei Wei (which is PF Changs.)

Basically you have no reason to starve. Lots of good choices all over the airport, and you can kill time playing slots until you're ready to depart.

Best answer: This Eater Vegas guide might be helpful if you haven't already seen it.
