Website for good focused daily workout routines

Need a website or book that has daily workout routines. What I'd like is one that has a time for cardio and then a daily focus on arms, legs, or core, etc. Sort of like you'd get from a trainer but something you can do at home. We have an elliptical, awesome weight bench, and other assorted exercise equipment. Suggestions? (Woman, btw). I'd love it if it somehow tied into the BodyMedia Fit or Spark People, but it doesn't have to.

I love 5-Factor fitness. I combine it with Fitocracy to log my workouts.

Response by poster: Maybe I should clarify - I'm not looking for a fad "this is how famous people stay thin" kind of workout. I'm actually looking for something like "day 1: arms. 20 reps of ???, 20 reps of ???, 25 minutes of cardio"

Best answer: That is exactly what 5-factor fitness is. There's stuff on health and workout tips, but I pretty much gloss it over. It has a 10-week program with easy but detailed workouts broken down by body part with precises rep counts and rest lengths to the second.

I'm an engineer, I don't work well with "Just work out on the free machines a little and then move on". I need precise, detailed instructions and concrete goals and progress, which is why 5-factor and fitocracy work for me.
