What's the funniest photo on the internet?

I am looking for a variety of photos to choose from for a caption contest. The contest is related to sexual health, but the photos need not be, and preferably will be fairly suitable for public viewing.

Searching the internet for funniest photos is time-consuming and drags up so much that it is hard to separate the wheat from the unoriginal, unfunny chaff. It's obviously a subjective topic, but I'm hoping Mefites may have a higher humour bar...

We order groceries through Peapod at work. The ad that came with yesterday's order had a picture of a scoop of ice cream that looks...erm...vaginal. If you can use that in any way, please be my guest.

That said, this is one of the best pictures on the internet.
