I am wracking my brain! Does anyone remember a TV show from the 80s/90s that had a book with an eye that opened and closed at the end of each episode?? Its a faint memory, but any help would be appreciated!
The Third Eye? Completely freaked me out as a kid.

Charmed had a book and possibly something resembling an eye in the intro, I think.

This is a stretch, but the intro sequence of Aeon Flux (MTV, early 1990s) features an extreme close-up of an eye.

I reckon Third Eye might be on the money.
You don't specify a kid's show, but the '80s Twilight Zone sprung to mind if all other roads end up nowhere.

I remember Eerie Indiana had a giant eye in the opening, but I don't remember it at the end.
