Beautiful leather or wood binder-type notebook, available for purchase immediately in Toronto?

A friend is terminally ill and his friends have compiled stories and letters for him on 8.5x11 paper. We'd like to give them to him for Xmas in a beautiful leather or wood binder- something that can be later given to his sons.

Time is of the essence, so, while getting this properly bound would be lovely, it's probably better for us just to buy something ready-made: a three-ring leather binder like this would be ideal- rustic, tactile, beautiful.
Anyone know where we can find something like this in the GTA?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Betty Hemmings has one, it's not as pretty, but it looks buttery. I'm scared because it doesn't have a price on it.

Here's a clever item at Coach. You might want to call to see that it's in stock. This is $198 (US)

I'm not sure if the sketchbook covers would fit a binder, but you might have a look at Oberon Design's stuff, and give them a call to see if there's a Toronto retailer if you like it.

As an alternative you might look for leather bound three ring photo albums.

Laywines will likely have what you need, near Betty Hemmings, but not quite so dear.
