Where to find heavy wool pants that I can wear to the office?

I'm looking for good-quality black and dark gray winter wool dress pants that I can wear to my office.
I have a better mental image than a verbal description, but pants that will look professional, won't look odd with a white shirt and tie, yet can also be worn with a turtleneck or something casual after work or weekends. The feel is important or, perhaps better put, the heft. I'd like these to feel good to wear, not insubstantial. Mainly cool/cold-weather use.
I've checked L.L. Bean, Brooks Brothers and a few other outlets, but the wool pants are either medium-weight dress pants or trudging through the Yukon pants.
Any help would be appreciated.

I've heard good things about the wool pants (1, 2) from Lands' End Canvas.

Response by poster: Thanks to you both. One thing I did forget to note: Ideally, the pants will ride higher than my hips.

Sorry, just caught "and tie," and you aren't me. Maybe Nordstrom's?
