Help! I need a parent! Which Monster High and Bratz dolls are cool?

The 13-year old foster girl I'm doing Secret Santa for put them on her list. I'm standing in Target and have no idea what to pick. I can only afford two dolls.

Best answer: My 11-year-old Monster High fan says Frankie Stein is the main character, so she is cool. Also Draculaura and Clawdeen Wolf. If they have the Sweet 1600 version that is the best, but it says it is not available in stores on the Target website.

I am 25 and I love Monster High and honestly any of the dolls would be excellent. I personally am in love with Cleo deNile but you could also get some of the Scary Tale dolls (Little Dead Riding Hood is pretty, for example).

Nope I am not ashamed of being an adult that gets gleeful over preteen toys nope not one bit

Best answer: According to my 9 year old and my 4 year old, Draculaura is their favorite. I saw a cute little doll with a companion car at JCPenny's the other day and almost picked it up for them.

Mike and Sully were the most popular with the kids in my life. Seems like you might end up getting them all!

My 8 & 10 year olds think all the Monster High dolls are cool. As do I.

Yeah all Monster High and now their merchandise is everywhere. Target has some cute PJs if you want to go that route.

My daughter, 7 years old, lowes Clawdeen Wolf. There is a Monster High Movie called Ghouls Rule. Get the movie and a doll.

I'm sure you are no longer in Target, but for future reference, there is also a series of Monster High books, that are apparently quite good for doll-based YA fiction.

You are (understandably) getting Monster High mixed up with Monsters, Inc. and Monsters University.

Response by poster: Well, Target had a very limited selection and I was very limited on money and time, so I nixed the Bratz dolls and just got a 5-doll pack of Monster High dolls. As it included Draculaura, Frankie Stein, Cleo de Nile, and Clawdeen Wolf, I hope it will make her happy. (The fifth doll, for anyone curious, was Ghoulia Yelps.) Thank you!
