What's my next favorite vacation destination?

Where do I go on vacation if I already love Todos Santos (Baja, Mexico)?
I have taken probably 4 or 5 trips to Baja in the last 8 years or so. I absolutely adore Todos Santos, but this year I am curious to explore someplace new. The things I love about TS include the sunshine, easy accessibility from the West Coast, gorgeous beaches, relative lack of other tourists, and the quaint and artsy (but still accessible on modest Spanish) town.
We are starting to plan Spring Break already, and trying to think about plenty of options. What else can you suggest that meets most of the above criteria?
