Need help identifying a classical song I hum to myself, possibly a piano piece, but can't remember what the name of it is or who made it. Link: http://youtu.be/PjnX9HgWueE

Need help identifying a classical song I hum to myself, but can't remember what the name of it is or who made it. Possibly done with the piano, I seem to remember that, but not anything else really.

Here is a link of me humming it: http://youtu.be/PjnX9HgWueE

If you need to ask any other questions that might help with identifying, feel free to ^_^ Might help jog my memory a bit. I've been humming this song for years and I have no clue how it got in my head without remembering who it is by or anything.

I have been sifting through hours of music trying to find it and not having any luck and I really want to share this song with some people in my life that are having a hard time. I use this song to help center myself and I wish to share that with them. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Mozart, Wolfgang Amadeus: Sonata in A, K 331, 1st movement?

Here's Glenn Gould playing it on Youtube

I recognized the tune after I listened to your record, ing but I couldn't remember what it was. I found it using MelodyCatcher. Pretty neat tool!

Best answer: fussbudget has it. But may I recommend a more conventional performance such as Mitsuko Uchida.

Thanks, Gyan. Gould's did seem like kind of an unusual interpretation compared to how I remembered it, but I don't know much about Mozart or piano!
