Help me ID this 60's sedan

Help me ID this car (mid-60's American Sedan) :

It's been driving me crazy for over 24 hours and I'm a car guy. The rear bumper looks too svelte, it almost looks like the Pontiac Catalina logo on the rear fender, and that bulge beginning in the driver's door isn't ringing any bells.
