Advanced French textbooks that aren't printed by Vistas Higher Learning?
I'm looking to self-study French through 303 level for the language component of the BA that I'm finishing this year. (I'm at intermediate level now, and I'm using a book that I love that doesn't seem to have a follow-up). The French courses available at my school all use texts produced by Vistas, which are convoluted and poorly laid out. I've had to use them in too many French and Spanish classes for too many years and I'm sick of it!
Any suggestions? I'd be forever in your debt!

Best answer: The courses at the Alliance Francaise use the Echo series - I have taken the whole A2 level for the past year and have found the textbook very useful.
