Highway 16

Doing fieldwork along Highway 16 in northern BC for the next few days – traveling from Prince George to Prince Rupert and back. Anyone been there and have any last-minute travel advice? Thanks!

I live in Prince George and recently traveled to Terrace to commission some BC Hydro equipment. There was some construction, but not much. Stop by the Alpenhorn in Smithers for lunch; it's on Main St. which is a left at the second (IIRC) lights past the Petro-Can.

In Prince Rupert try to eat at the Green Apple, if you eat fish. Well worth it.
