Google Reader differing font sizes

My Google Reader has suddenly begun using different font sizes for the body text for different sites.
Here's an example. The Metafilter post is small font-that's the size it always has been. The Yglesias post is one size larger. Both posts have the same sized headlines.
This is varying by site-some using the larger, some the smaller. It is consistently one size within a site. And it's not that I zoomed the view-the headline sizes are identical and unchanged.
Any ideas?

Response by poster: Good call, donnagirl. It was browser specific-turned out to be an error in an update of the Google Reader Fixes userscript.
Thanks.
