Corporate CEOs turned Self-Help gurus?

Are there any corporate CEOs who have embarked on a side-business of writing self-help books or giving tours?

I'm thinking of people like Richard Branson (but not) whose advice and "guidance" is intended for situations that extend beyond typical corporate management advice and apply to everyday people.

This is a pretty broad net, but I'm looking for corporate crossovers from management advice to wider visionary projects like, "How to be Happy Forever" -- people that believe their corporate experience has given them some revelations on how to "live."

The first name that came to mind was Harvey Mackay. He's the author of two very popular books, Swim with the Sharks Without Being Eaten Alive, and Beware the Naked Man Who Offers You His Shirt, and is the CEO of an envelope company, but he's more famous as a self-help writer.

It's still business related, but Tony Hsieh of Zappos' Delivering Happiness is a good read.

Michael Eisner straddles the line, apparently trying to be a guru for businesspeople.

Seconding Harvey Mackay. Besides the two books mentioned above, he's written six more, and has a syndicated newspaper column as well. (I really like his books)

Also, Jack Welch.
