Please suggest a comedy show in Chicago (Second City show is sold out).

Does anyone have a suggestion for a comedy show tomorrow night in Chicago? The Second City show I was interested in is sold out. I am visiting Chicago and tomorrow is my only night to see a show.

The downstairs shows at IO Theater are usually pretty awesome. Don't know what's playing tomorrow, but they have nightly shows.

I second the recommendation for IO; Annoyance Theater is also reliably good.

Studio BE also has good comedy with the added bonus of being BYOB. I haven't seen either of the shows running tomorrow but Potential Boyfriends has been running for a long time.

I thought the Olympics sued them into submission and that it was just plain IO now.

You're right! My bad. It's been 6 years since I was there, and it was still called by the original name.
