Yet another "Identify this song" question

Trying to remember the name of this hilariously bad song so that I can watch the equally terrible video again.

Details:
  • The video featured a dark-skinned (not african american as I recall, but possibly Indian or Egyptian) heavyset guy in (I think) sunglasses.
  • The video featured him and a bunch of backup dancers, that's about it.
  • The song was him "rapping" pretty unintelligibly, mumbling and the like. The effect was instant hilarity.
  • It couldn't have be more than 4 years ago that I first saw it on youtube, and probably more recently than that.
  • I'm pretty sure the guy says the name of the song in the first few seconds of the video.
So that's what I can remember - It's right on the tip of my tongue, but no combination of search terms seems to be turning this up.

HGich.T's tutenchamon? That's the English subtitled version. Not many backup dancers but the rest of it kinda checks out.

Seems clear that the vocals you hear are overdubbed for humor purposes. Maybe I'm just the last person to whom this became clear.

"Chacarron Macarron" is also the soundtrack to many videos on the venerable YTMND site, mostly based around 60s-era Adam West Batman "dancing" to said tune.

If you like "Chacarron Macarron," I can also recommend "Bang Bang to the Rock 'n' Roll" bu Gabin.

The Red Army, that's the real song; the video performer is lipsynching, which isn't simple with gibberish.

My husband heard this once and asked me "What's that song about?" and I told him it was gibberish, and he was relieved because he thought he had lost the ability to tell Spanish (which he doesn't speak) from nonsense.
