Dead simple photo gallery

I need to create a simple photo gallery where users can choose a photo they want and download it. What's the best way to do this?

I'm dealing with folks who wouldn't know how to right click on a picture and save it. It would be helpful to have a 'Download this picture' link or something to that effect - easy and straightforward to understand.

I found Zenfolio but I can't seem to allow downloads for free. Or maybe I'm missing something. Help?

Thanks in advance!

You can set permissions on photos uploaded to Flickr that allow downloading, but then anyone can download them - not just a specific userbase.

Same thing with Picasaweb - which might be a better choice if you expect to go over 200 photos, which is the limit of a free account at Flickr.

Response by poster: Thanks! I ended up going with Smugmug. It's very straightforward and had download features built in. I'm on the 14 day free trial and that should be ok. Thanks again! :)
