Help a Bar-Carny Use TEKNOLOJEE to Keep His Tent Numbers Straight

Help me find an iPhone app that will help me manage my beer tents inventory this summer festival season.
When I’m managing festival beer tents, keeping rock-solid track of inventory is a primary concern. I need to do opening & closing inventory on things like cups (multiple sizes), multiple types of wine, beer-kegs, partial consumption on said wine & beer, etc. If I transfer stock during the course of the day I want to record what, how much/new total, incoming/outgoing, to/from where, and timestamp it. That manner of stuff.
I need it to do this across multi-day events (particularly previous night’s closing vs next morning’s opening, checking to see if anything walked off in the night)
Bonus points if it can track hours for myself and my staff (start time, lunch/break, out). A daily note field for “Captain’s Log” would be great too.
The numbers I’ll be transferring to paper at the end of the day. But some of those days get hectic and liquid-splashed, and inventory sheets can get U-G-L-Y. And ugly inventory sheets can make totalling up the numbers tricky.
Help me turn in nice, clean inventory sheets with rock-solid numbers.

There may not be a single app that has all these capabilities, but two to look into are Bento (a moderately customizable database app) and Daily Tracker (a very flexible app to track many types of data and do simple reporting in app such as bar charts day by day). Both of those apps export data in forms a spreadsheet or other desktop app can use.

Response by poster: Thanks. Looks like after perusing my options, I went with a Rite-in-the-Rain notebook & pen. Keep all my notes there, do my numbers on the calculator (see, that smartphone DOES come in handy), and then transfer all my numbers to my sheet to tun in.
I'm still a pen-&-paper monkey, it seems.
