Cuckoo Clock Identification

I'd appreciate your help in identifying this cuckoo clock. Who made it? Is it for sale? If so, where can I buy it?
I'm looking to buy a cuckoo clock, so a friend sent me a picture of this cuckoo clock. But she has since forgotten where it is from. So naturally, this clock now haunts my dreams. I have searched numerous cuckoo clock related internet shops and perused the google image search results with no luck. Or am I just an internet search dunce? (I already know the answer to this question.) Sorry the photo is not so clear, I took a picture of a print out.
