Set old Facebook posts to a specific list?

On Facebook, can you retroactively set the security for all of your posts from public to a specific list?

Guessing no, but figured I ask. I know you can set the security for all old posts to friend only, but it doesn't seem you can set them to a specific list. It would clearly eat into FB's ability to advertise to you and re-sell you.

https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=privacy. There's a "Custom" privacy setting there--is that what you're looking for?

Response by poster: No, that sets the default privacy for posts going forward. I want to retroactively put all of my posts into a list.

Assuming you mean the "Limit the Audience for Past Posts" functionality -- yes, it sets everything from Friends of Friends or Public to Friends only. It doesn't override any more secure custom settings you might have but if you have a custom list as a default for posts going forward, it also doesn't pay attention to that.
